What is NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming)?


NLP is in a sense the language of your mind ??? breaking down how we think, process and store information, how we communicate and put together patterns or behaviour and emotions. NLP often focus on moving towards a desired outcome, helping us to get very clear on what is that we want and creating conditions that support a more favourable achievement of that goal, so has many complementary applications in therapy alongside hypnosis.
It is useful for your therapist to have a varied understanding of how to support you to make the changes you seek using both hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and with additional tools such as NLP.
